Emailed 3 times because of bug that cost me real money - Gino - 03-18-2025 I recently bought the VIP Package 2.5 (I spend over 2000euro's since 2017 since i started) But the problem is I need a refund, i got video evidence and my emails are getting ignored, so that's why im posting here. I get it, you guys cannot exactly see what my winnings would be, but it's clear on video the slot crashed and froze After not hitting a bonus round for 400k chips non stop auto spins finally the bonus came and it froze this is very frustrating because i just bought those chips Please refund me 400k or at least 300k. I'm a very loyal supporter check my logs how many stuff and chip packages i bought, with pleasure, because i want to support. Also, normally you guys always are on point with the refund but i have no choice but to take it to the forums, also i'm sending another email right now.
