Bad luck after purchase - andreverissimo - 03-18-2025
I was so happy with the game that last week out of my gratitude I sadly decided to start purchasing items with real money there.
Terrible decision! Immediately after that, I was placed in "Bad Luck Mode", so I started to lose in absolutely every game. Not 5 or 50 times, but indefinitely. I lost 270K in the same day between many different games, including being kicked twice from the 25K VIP Poker. Restarting the app didn't help, neither placing many coins in the fountain.
The last time I was kicked from the 5K table, in one of the very few occasions I was clearly winning (not due to good cards, but due to the bad gaming of the opponents) it was a few minutes ago. Of course the sistem wouldn't allow me to get back to the game, and now I can't even access the forum with my WiFi (I'm typing from my mobile data connection).
Is it just something against me or is this a regular feature to curse us when we decide to put real money in the game?

There's no "bad luck mode" or hidden luck stat in the game, but bad luck does happen from time to time as it does with any casino game. If you're having problems with your WiFi connection we'd recommend trying a direct wired connection to your console for better stability, especially if the signal is weak or your console is located far away from your router/modem. With a stable connection, you should usually be able to quickly reconnect and get back into any ongoing Poker games in the event of a disconnection.
On another note, the Lucky Fountain does not affect your casino luck - it is just a way to earn the Fountain Reward items which are exclusive to the Lucky Fountain. Those do require a lucky toss or a Lucky Fountain Chip item to win, hence the name!
