Yet another reward bug - Muffster58 - 04-22-2025
A few minutes ago, I once again hit level 40 in slots and didn't receive the Steampunk Hair reward. It shows up in my rewards list with a green checkmark, but is nowhere to be found when I go into the avatar customization dialog.
This is the THIRD time this has happened to me. I've reported it in-game each and every time as a bug, but have never received a reply. To say that's annoying is frustrating to say the least, since it takes a lot of effort (not to mention chips) to achieve 40 in slots.
Obviously, someone's asleep at the wheel in the bug report department. If someone here could assist me, I'd appreciate it.

Sorry you haven't gotten a response! For support questions requiring a direct response it's usually best to email techsupport@digitalleisure directly.
For the hair, make sure you're checking in the Hair section as a female avatar, rather than under clothing items. Male avatars instead have the Steampunk Hat as the accompanying reward item.
