Lost my VIP 3 status - ImTheCrew - 08-23-2025
I have been VIP 3 for about 5 months- today I tried to go to high rollers and wasn’t allowed- checked and I’m back to VIP1… why is this? Thanks.
Can you please fix! ?
Note- I was in hospital from 8/12 to 8/22. I got out yesterday and back on 4 kings

It sounds like you may not have qualified for VIP 3 Status the previous month. VIP status is evaluated at the start of each month, so if you didn't earn enough RP in the month beforehand, you may have qualified for a lower VIP level. You can check VIP Status from the menu for how much is required to qualify for the next level and your current status.
