Couldn't get to 4th round of Fish & Chips.... - lambert444 - 02-21-2024
Been playing this game for many years and this week was the first time I could not complete the weekly tasks. I could not get to the 4th round of the fish & chips slots. I played this slot game every single day of this week, minimum of 50 spins each time (I kept count). A couple of days over the weekend I played a second or third time in same day. I only got the bonus round 10 times from all of those plays. Every time the shark would eat me by the third round, several times on just the second round. So I couldn't complete the weekly tasks and this is the only time this has happened to me. To add to this, this slot game gives out the least amount of RP, even on a big win I usually would only get 3-5 RP on a max bet. So not only did I spend a couple hundred thousand chips but I barely received any RP in return of my play for an entire week.
I'm very task oriented and always complete them, plus I love a goal. Whatever fixes they've done to this particular slot game now makes it too difficult to finalize as a weekly task and the low amount of RP one receives make this a very bad task....

It can be ghastly, the fish n chips task. I do grind it out on min bets but can take me 4 or 5 bonus rounds to get it. I wouldnt mind so much if any of the slots were in any way interactive or if this task was achievable thru skill but its not, you set it to 50 spins and its AFK. This does mean it feels like the difficulty is dialled up for the task, after all, who is going to put themselves thru this on non task to prove it? Not me, the slots are dumb but FnC is a bag of she-ite.

Agreed, I find this to be one of the worst weekly tasks because of two things; the difficulty of making it to the 4th round and the small amount of RP one receives.
For example when the task is splitting Aces: by continuous play in BJ one will accumulate plenty of RP and chips, plus you can interact with other players while playing. While it may take a while to get double Aces, the play is more fun, interactive, and rewarding in the end so makes it not so bad.
With F&C slots, it's only you and the machine, no interactions, nothing else to do but hit the spin, you spend way too much in chips, get very little chips in return and practically nothing in RP, and STILL don't make it to the 4th round....
