Today on January 14th, I literally cannot get on the game for more than 30 seconds without it dashboarding me back to the Xbox home. It's not my internet because I'm able to play other online games with no connectivity issues. I just had to submit a claim for lost chips because I got thrown off 100K game in high rollers on the first hand. Before the first hand was finished I was kicked off the game and loaded back in twice.

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this on Xbox but it's not my internet because I've been playing Texas Chainsaw and DayZ all day with no problem but Four Kings keeps giving me the boot.

Hmm - I don't believe there were any specific issues noted, but we'll review some logs around this time to see if something was up. I assume you've been in since?

Just tried to play again about 20 minutes ago. I get booted from high rollers within 10 seconds and I get booted from all the other rooms within a few minutes. It dashboards me into the home screen and I'm not experiencing this with any other online game. Tried resetting Internet, I'll uninstall and reinstall the game and see if that works.

Hard reset the Xbox too but it keeps dashboarding me out.

Update: Still happening nearly 3 days later, I am able to get into the club for 1-5 minutes at a time, other people are telling me they are experiencing the same issues with the game.

Update: it seems to be working now. Even though it's a free game I suppose I needed my game pass ultimate to play it.

Got kicked from the High Roller Poker table twice in 2 days now, the timer runs out, game starts, and then it ends with me standing next to the table with a 100k loss.
Respect for the Four Kings staff for always refunding chip refunds when something is really wrong. I hope it can be fixed soon.
