Winds of Fortune
Sometimes if you spin the slot machine, the prize does not pay out, and the Spin button dissapears. Happened 3/4 times since januari 1st. The game will force you to stand up and take a loss, and doesn't even payout with multiple wilds.
Also another glitch with winds of fortune is that sometimes when you hit a bonus round, the chips you win will not show up on your screen.

I made a 40k bet, I had 10 in my hand. The dealer also had 10.
When it was my turn to Hit / Double Down, all the buttons dissapeared, there was no timer, and the game forces you to stand with your 2 cards.
