Different sized body types please

I really love this game! The gameplay, the atmosphere, graphics all make me happy. I also enjoy the stores and all customization options. But please can get different body size? We can choose height but not body size. All women do not have the same shape and chest size. Give us ladies some option on body size please. Thanks

And maybe Asian eyes/skin tone. The character creation is very lacking, to be honest.
