There is a history of things being implemented, sure. But i have been a member for years, i play for 6 mths, get bored, leave it a bit, go back and very little in terms of gameplay changes. Bug fixes do get looked at, bowling and ring poker have been fixed. Costume stuff gets implemented.

It took a while and a lot of begging but I finally got my cheongsam dress I so desperately wanted.

I definitely feel like they listen to us, but I also feel like it takes a while for those suggestions to be implemented.

I'm currently trying to get them to fix some graphic glitches, not being able to see other players sometimes. And there's a problem on the Switch Lite where anyone wearing the most recent JP items appears as a blue outline to me.
When all else fails, resort to emails.

I don't know about the past, but they sure as hell don't fix major issues anymore. Considering they keep releasing JP items that not all players can see, I'm pretty sure the game developers have been replaced by monkeys.
