[Xbox] Daily Tasks not resetting and No Weeklies

Started playing about a week ago, and since I started my dailies are bugged and will not reset, I dont get weekly challenges either so It hard to get chips when I run out. This is very frustrating as I want to play with my friends but can do the Tasks to get chips. Is there anything that can be done?

I actually have tried all those steps, unfortunately nothing has fixed it. Ive even emailed support almost a week ago now with 0 reply. Does the support team even respond to emails?
