[PlayStation] Bugged VIP Pack Purchase

Dear Staff,


I just missing 2 VIP Packs and still got no answers on my email.
Everytime when i made a purchase it says that the item is not for sale or i can't buy it.
I sended multiple emails and didn't get any answer!
U guys don't take it serious?
A lot of people still talking in game that they also have the same problem with the purchases.
The servers are really bad in Europe.
I also got kicked when i'm playing something multiple times.
So i hope that this will be fixed today otherwise i'll connect playstation network and send all the proofs.

Every time I try to make a purchase, I get a message saying that the item is not for sale or that I’m unable to buy it. I’ve sent multiple emails but haven’t received any response, which is very frustrating. It feels like this issue isn’t being taken seriously, especially since many other players in the game are reporting the same problem with  transunion credit bureau purchases. On top of that, the servers in Europe are extremely unstable, and I keep getting kicked out while playing. I really hope this gets fixed as soon as possible—preferably today—otherwise I’ll have no choice but to contact PlayStation Network and provide all the necessary proof.
