Can I submit a "Chip error report" as described in the Technical Issues thread(http://forum.casino.digitalleisure.com/s...chip+error) even if it occurred several days ago? And am I able to report multiple cases at once?
I had several instances that occurred last week at both VIP(25k) x2 and High Roller(100k) that I need to report and could not locate the place to do so until now.
There were three instances of bugs that cost me my buy in for tournament poker that resulted in the loss of my chips. The initial error that occurred was my attempt to reset the clock for the countdown timer for a High Roller Poker(100k) game that resulted in the loss of my buy in fee. This also occurred in VIP(25K) poker game twice, but one of the two instances has been resolved.
