Unable to play on Xbox one

The game for the last 6 months or so well let me log on and walk around the casino for a few minutes before the game freezes crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I have tried clearing the data, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I have tried a hard reset on my Xbox, I have literally tried everything to make this game work but it's simply will not on Xbox One. 

I will have my series X back soon and I'm hoping the problem does not persist on that platform, but if anyone has a fix for this please let me know. I haven't been able to play since around Christmas.

It could be that you registered your GT on the Series S/X version of the game?
