Good afternoon, 

I was wondering if I could get clarification on what constitutes infractions that ban members from Four Kings Casino. On the platform I play, there are at least 12 users with multiple accounts who have been reported a plethora of times by many others due to harassment, bulling, and cheating. I have been an active user for many years and it is always the same group of people who attack other players without provocation.

Does the amount of money spent on the game protect these users from consequences of their actions? 
Does the game's admin not feel that harassment and bullying is justification for account revocation?

Any clarification on what violates the terms of abuse would be highly appreciated. 

This question comes from me witnessing a player accusing another player of making s*xual remarks to underage people in lobby chat. This behavior is outrageous and I'm disgusted that this repeat offender is still able to play this game without any reprecussions.

The Terms of Use can be accessed from the main menu and generally covers everything that would be subject to reports, suspensions, and/or bans in section 2 - Account Rules. The amount of playtime and/or money spent in-game is not a factor when it comes to enforcing these rules.

We do rely on player reports for effective moderation so please continue to report abusive behaviour as you encounter it.
