Bug when purchasing

Today I bought the Toque with Brim. With another item. I got the receipt. Nothing showed up. I bought again. Same issue! I emailed DL. And I emailed last week with another issue that a friend had. No response. Kinda wondering if DL closed the office down but they are still taking payments.
