[Xbox] Chips

I thought signing up to the newsletter would give you 10,000 free chips as started in the free chips section in the ? help section of the game. but i havent recieved anything yet. is there a delay or is this not in the game anymore? my in game name is 'XRO Vantero' and i am on xbox.
