Three days ago, at VIP 3 I upgraded to Nobility 16 receiving the standard payout for that level:
- 1 daily super slots spin
- 500 RP
- 10,000 chips
The “mystery bonuses” were as follows:
- Poker party pack
Useless unless you own some sort of getaway, along with 5 friends to invite. I now have 15 of them, which if purchased in the Emporium at $4.99 each would cost about $75 USD. That’s far more money than the cost of buying 1M chips.
- Dance Party
A complete throw-away for anything productive as far as advancing my avatar goes.
The only decent mystery bonus I received was 20 free spins on the daily super slots, which immediately showed up in my “Game Stats” display. However, after logging in the following day, they disappeared.
Of course I reported this in-game as a bug, since it was obviously impossible to request a chip refund without a crystal ball. Who knows how much could have been earned in those 20 spins?
As of today, I’ve not received any response to that report, and my missing spins are still history. While I realize that 20 spins can be purchased in the Emporium for a mere 2 bucks that fact remains that I was ripped-off, during on a nobility upgrade of all things. Needless to say, I’m not happy camper about it.
Has anyone else ever experienced something along these lines?
If there’s anyone on the 4K staff willing to provide me with assistance in actually investigating this situation, I’d certainly appreciate it.
