Poker did not pay RP or chips....

Last night I played poker and finished in fifth place, yet I received nothing. That position nets you 437 RP and some $6200 in chips but I received neither of those, I got nada. I'm trying to complete the weekly task of earning 500 RP and I already had 437 RP from my previous game, so this would have completed the weekly task but obviously did not. Please reimburse me for the missing 437 RP and corresponding chips. Thank you.
