Is there any history of devs acting on any of these suggestions or even responding?

Or is this just the equivalent of a busy box to make us feel like someone is interested in our opinion?

It took a while and a lot of begging but I finally got my cheongsam dress I so desperately wanted.

I definitely feel like they listen to us, but I also feel like it takes a while for those suggestions to be implemented.
