Can someone explain to me the purpose of VIP guest passes?

I mean, if you’re unable to play in VIP areas due to lack of chips and/or RP, what good is a guest pass? You’ll wind up getting your butt handed to you in no time, if you have enough chips to play there in the first place, that is.

I wish there was a way to exchange them for personal RP. Otherwise, for all intents and purposes they’re absolutely worthless.

It gives them higher bonuses for login and task bonuses. So, there is that.

When all of your friends have at least VIP1, the concept of guest passes is useless. I too wish we could exchange them for chips or RP.

Without enough RP to even rank as VIP 1? To me, that would indicate a mighty low chip count.
