Xbox items bought not load to inventory

So my purchase history has the uncle Sam dress purchased today but not sent to my inventory 
This is not the only item I will send pics of items purchased and not sent to my inventory. 
Uncle sam
Dice bowling balls
Cut out maxi

I purchased the cut out maxi 4 times  and it didn't attach to my inventory
