If you've lost chips due to an error, you can submit a support ticket in-game by going to Settings > Bug Report > Chip Refund Request from the menu and filling out the form with the details of how your chips were lost.
If you're missing a purchase, email techsupport@digitalleisure.com with your account username and platform, and forward your purchase confirmation email. We will be sure to credit any missing purchases as quickly as possible!
