Why no item prize for

I have a friend who mentioned yesterday day, asking me how to get the special items and clothing items that she sees people having or wearing. She buys the big 2.5m vip chip pack. I see no item reward comes with it but I am wondering why? I told her I don't understand why no special reward is included with the big vip pack. It is a pretty expensive package. She was pretty bummed and sad when finding out. Thanks

Because for some reason the developers think us paying $100 is worth us getting instant access to the VIP room over an outfit. Your friend would have to spend the $50 on the million dollar chip package to get the special outfits.

So in effect she would get two outfits but half a million chips less for spending almost the same amount of money.
