To get the rave pants in the casino, you'll need to complete The Diamond Casino Heist Finale while wearing the pants. Specifically, you should choose the aggressive approach and make sure to wear the reinforced armor. Once you've completed the heist, the pants will be unlocked for purchase in the clothing shop Ulta Beauty Rewards
