Bullied constantly

So I've been bullied for the last few weeks. I refuse to play their sexual games and refuse to participate in their chats. Ive been enjoying this game for 2 years now. Not that is matters but I've invested money in this game to make it more enjoyable. Unfortunately it's become almost unbearable to enjoy. Ive tried to block them but for some reason it doesn't work. I literally stay out of certain rooms that they are in.  I dont think it's fair or right. If nothing is done I would like to get a refund on the money I payed. I definitely would stop going on a game I'm being bullied on. I wont say their names here. Retaliation is a certain when it comes to them.  Believe me, Ive been on the receiving side for trying to defend myself. If there's anyone who can help I'd appreciate it. I love this game. I dont want to stop playing. But I love not being bullied more. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you've been having a bad experience with other players on the game. You can report players in-game directly from the interaction menu or by selecting their chat messages, and those reports will be reviewed directly by our moderation team.

You can also Block players from this menu, which will prevent you from seeing each other's avatars or chat messages in the casino.

Thank you for the response. I blocked him and his friends but sometimes the block doesn't work. When it does work they can see me sitting. He starts talking about me to others. I can see the other players responses. I get asked why is he attacking me. I know I can't see them, but it's still humiliating knowing everyone else sees him attacking me. It makes me want to unblock to defend myself. But im not there for that. I want a peaceful fun experience there. I dont have any messages from him cause he's blocked. So how do I stop the bullying?
