IMPORTANT - Before Submitting a Bug Report Thread

Bug reports are always appreciated in helping us improve the game experience. Here are a couple tips to help you submit effective bug reports and simplify the process so we can get things fixed up as soon as possible. Please make sure there is not an existing thread about the bug you are reporting before creating a new thread - if there is already a thread, you can simply add a comment to the relevant thread.

Title

Use the appropriate thread prefix for the platform you encountered the bug on, and a brief description.

Example: Crash when playing Fish and Chips slot

Description

Use detailed steps where possible - if it can be replicated, it will help us fix it much faster.

Example: 

1. Be in the Blackjack Room
   
2. Sit down at a Fish and Chips slot machine
   
3. Place a bet of 750 chips and spin
   
4. The game crashes
   

Additional Details

• Room or area where the bug was encountered
  
• Username of the account experiencing the bug, and date/time it occurred
  
• Frequency of bug
  
• Specific console (ex. PS4 or PS5)
  
• If on Switch, docked or handheld
  
• If on PC, hardware specs can be useful
  

Documents

Clips or images can be very helpful. Most consoles will allow you to use the share button to record the last 30s or few minutes of gameplay.
