Question, so when you get the 3x multiplier, do the extra rps not go toward your vip? I got the extra rps but it was not added on my vip status...whats up with that?

The RP tripler only affects RP currency (so you can, for example, more quickly buy a clothing item you've got your eye on), and not leaderboard rankings or VIP status.
