Question regarding Jackpot Pack's

Today i bought the Jackpot Pack no. 12 I believe. Came with the Canadian WW1 Army outfit. Very cool on your part to honor remembrance day by letting us have and wear this outfit.
Last month I bought Jackpot Pack no. 11 i think, came with the ghost costume. Also very cool. I found the werewolf and skeleton costumes to be more luckier though but still a fun outfit.
Question: When exactly do these new Jackpot Pack's come out? Is there a special date so i can plan to buy the next one?
Can i buy older ones? I asked some fellow 4K casinosaurs where they get their cool outfits from, and they usually say from the Jackpot Pack.

New Jackpot Packs release at the first of every month. You can earn Jackpot Rewards from previous months any time you purchase an additional Jackpot Chip Pack for the month - you'll always receive the most recent reward that you don't already own.

It’s $49.99 every month. The werewolf outfit is $4.99 under Crown Jewels.
There’s also a ghost companion worth 250k of your gambling points.

I have new question today.
Q: Where and when did i get the poinsettia outfit?
It looks like a Christmas kinda thing. I like it and its bringing me massive luck.
I knew I had the hat and used it over the time. But never seen the outfit until yesterday when i decided to add items to the storage.
I guess at some point i must have accidentally added it to storage?
So I went to looked in the rewards section, and i didn't see it listed. But I did notice DL has improved that section since I last looked there. Now i can see where other 4K guests have received their interesting items. In regards to those jackpot items.
Q: Will they ever be available again? Or just luck of the draw items? I asked someone about the snake, they said the Jackpot series. I had no idea at the time what that was, and assumed that it was a global tier kinda thing. As I usually buy the 2.5 million chip packs.

The Poinsettia outfit was a giveaway for Winter 2020 during the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways we do each year. As for bringing things back from 'the vault' - we do hope to have things released on a more cyclical basis so those who are new to Four Kings can earn during holiday events items they may have missed in previous years.

Nice to know you guys are bringing back old items for new players or even the older players who missed out like me as I had to take a year off..There's a ton of items I need to collect again the santa/reading glasses being one of them lol. The red nose etc as I missed last Christmas 
Was sad I didn't get the cat ears this Halloween though, was really looking forward to them. So for Christmas this year please could you add in the glasses again as another friend was asking about them to. Thank you 
Also, DL what is this bandit mask? I have seen it one time that someone was wearing and I've never seen it ever again. Where and when was the bandit mask from?

The reason is, almost out of chips. I didn't like the fashionable Santa outfit from last month.
To make a skinny Santa outfit is not body positive. Little kids and babies that play your game and hang around in the club would be confused.

The next Jackpot Reward should be available at that time, yes. 12 AM GMT or 7 PM EST, as with the usual daily reset time.
You can also see the preview image for the current reward from the Store menu in the Cashier tile in-game.

I wasn't able to see what outfit until today. I am pleased with the Chalet outfit. I think I'll call it the Swiss Chalet outfit lol.
One of things i really enjoy about your game is the different outfits. I only dress in black for the past 40 years.
So it gives me a chance to try out other colours. Aside from spending a lot of money on your game itself.
Just for the game, i bought a wireless KB ($10), Spiked wristbands($35) from the UK and a Tricorne hat from Amazon($10).
