Try again very disapointed at this moment i'am good paying custumer.
As you can see mail. Spend 160 euro in short time or even more at this point.

   As mentioned in that thread, please make sure to include all necessary information (PSN ID, PSN purchase receipt/PSN purchase confirmation email), otherwise we won't be able to credit your account. We aren't able to personally respond to every request, but we do check each request against the records on our system and issue refunds accordingly.
