Well my sister in law has not got 1 yes nothing from the tree this Yr I'm still trying to get the santa outfit proberly be here till Halloween trying to get that and all the money we spend on this game and to be treated like this you take the name scrooge to a new level

Please extend the gift drops at least by a week. Same glitch as the prior 6 years of not being able to claim the daily christmas reward cause the system is messed up.

Do you already own all the existing rewards? This year's list can be viewed here to compare against. Additionally, the present won't always be inside the first gift you open of the day, although that's something we can look into addressing in the future based on feedback.
