Please make your inactivity timer longer
I was at a high rollers game and had 48,000 chips. I ended up having a women's emergency and had to leave the game. I waited until I folded my small blind so that my character would automatically fold and everyone at the table knew I was excusing myself. I came back just to see my character being kicked off the table due to inactivity.
I emailed tech support about it but they refused to refund me my chips. I find that rather unfair because I already lose a significant amount of chips playing the game anyway, I shouldn't have to decide between bleeding through an outfit and finishing a game, excuse my vulgarity.
People spend a lot of money on this game, myself included, and it really isn't a good feeling to be told there's nothing that tech support can do because you let your character fold due to a bathroom emergency.
The going rate for a million chips is over $50. So basically I was out more than $5 last night because I HAD to use the restroom.
The inactivity timer either needs to be made longer, or there should be an "auto call" feature in the settings, OR tech support should be a little more understanding of personal emergencies. Especially since I wasn't asking for a refund because I got kicked off the game with only a thousand chips left. I think we had played about two hands, both of which I folded. it was a brand new fresh game.

Fawn, i too have same issue and been booted from games from inactivity. Un-expected washroom break. I agree that the time for inactivity boot, should be a minute or two longer.
While i believe that Keno should have a speed up button, and poker should have a rewind function.

It's life. We all have bathroom emergencies. These things happen. Would you like to lose over $5 worth of chips because you had diarrhea suddenly or because you couldn't hold your pee in when the game was taking too long?
P.s. it's a joke. Although it does tickle me that it bothers blackjack players so much.

Seriously though, we DESPERATELY need an "auto call" feature in the settings because life happens. People cut their hand and need to get a Band-Aid or get an important phone call or have to go to the bathroom or whatever.
I'd rather leave it up to luck than get kicked off the game. I mean is it really that much of an insurmountable feat to be able to select "auto call" or "auto fold" in the game settings? Or make the "screw you, we're booting you from the game" 5 minutes longer?
