If your on about chip refunds, it will likely happen on Monday, after all it is a weekend and staff like time off just like we do also
Carla, I completely understand that. But they shouldn't promise a response in 24 hours if they can't hold up to it and they shouldn't even have this problem to begin with after so many months of development AND beta testing.
We do our best to get back with a review as soon as possible. Sometimes they take minutes, other reviews take longer and some may take more than 24 hours. Thanks!
