I'd like to start by saying that while I may be extremely mad about this certain occurrence, you guys did respond to my earlier issues and addressed them beautiful and swiftly, and so I hope that you will do the same with this one. I have already submitted a refund request and hope that they will respond soon, but just in case, I've decided to visit the forums and let you guys know what happened here and see if anyone else has experienced an issue such as this themselves. So, not to make it sound like I'm hating on it, I'd like to start with the fact that your game is beautiful, completely unique and a work of art in my opinion, BUT, it suffers greatly from the fact that it constantly disconnects you, lags/stutters miserably and freezes all the time. I know it's not only me or my ps4 that is causing this due to the fact that I play with up to 6 or 7 other people whom I'm speaking with through a Playstation chat party and I can hear them rage over their mic every time it occurs. This time though, it was horribly timed and frankly in my opinion, unacceptable. Me and my friends were all in the VIP room, playing different games, having a laugh, when all of a sudden, one of them says that their game just froze so they need to restart and they'll be back. Then, my friend who's down to 2 in a poker game, leading in chips, says that he froze and starts raging about it. I consider that the game might be going down for maintenance or something, and then think to myself "that can't be it, we all would have been kicked off at the same time, they probably would have announced it in-game as well" so I continue to play craps while I wait for their arrival. Not 2 minutes later, I roll double six's, triple my 20k bet and decide to bet 20k on 12 because I've noticed that double 6's constantly roll twice in a row for some reason that baffles me (might be something you want to look into as well). Well what do you know, double six's drop again, I hop out of my chair ecstatic, start yelling and doing my happy dance, only to return to my screen and see that it's still showing double six's and it's not changing. I wait a few minutes and nothing happens so I decide to restart the game, only to return to being in the main lobby with none of my winnings. I added it up, that would have been 600,000 chips...... All I'm asking is that you check your logs and I hope to god that it's in there somewhere, and if and when you find it, please give me the 600,000 that I should have been given.
