Still waiting on Response/150k chip refund..
I have reported the refund 3 times via in-game, I got a message saying to email support, did that twice.. I even forwarded my "receipt" of my purchase from store, to support, still no refund/email..
I bought the 150k pack TWICE thinking the first was a bug and wouldn't charge me, it charged me for both and didn't receive chips... The first was the 150k starter pack, the second was the 150k chip pack. either refund me my money or give me my chips.
Hello, I've processed all the emails in our firstname.lastname@example.org account but haven't seen anything from you. Could you please resend your PSN receipt so I can issue your chips?
