Purchased TWO chip packs on PSN and not got anything

I have been trying t get in contact in different ways and had to finally just register to this site in a last attempt for help. 
I've sent multiple emails and chip refund forms but haven't gotten any reply.

I've purchased two chip packs on the PlayStation 4 version and ain't gotten anything.
£25 I spent on this game so far and I've barely been able t play it.

Very let down with the customer service from these guys now as its been a few days and I don't seem to get any reply



Please forward the Purchase Confirmation email from Sony to techsupport@digitalleisure.com, so I can process your request.

If you do not have access to the purchase confirmation email, you can also take a picture of the transaction from your PS4.
To view your transaction history, go to Settings -> Playstation Network/Account Management -> Account Information -> Wallet -> Transaction History and select the appropriate transaction.

Many Bothans died to bring us this information.
