Missing chips and no response from digital leisure

I purchased 50,000 chips from the playstation store on the 3rd around 1am and now we are on the 7th and still no chips i reported it on the 3rd 4th 5th and 6th and i got the exact same email which i followed exactly what it stated i am still awaiting my chips 4 days after purchase for these its disgusting the way they treat people please be aware that these seem to be com artists and will steal the laces from your footwear i want my money back or my chips plus a decent compensation package or this matter will be goin to head office
