yeah i cant press X to start reinstalled twice and my acc and my 2 friends ones wont work even 
Does it allow you to press X and then the "Press X" disappears and it starts to load but not finish? Try logging in on a different account and see if that helps. Also, check if you have a firewall on in your router. That will block access to our servers and not allow the game to load.

They are automatically added the moment you load in. You don't need to do anything.
You do need to actively get the daily bonus reward in the Tasks window, though.
