Disconnecting issues...

I've had many disconnecting issues lately.. Which some are expected..But this lag and disconnecting has been such a pain. This last disconnection didn't give me an error code or anything, it was just sudden and took me to the main screen, and I had to restart the entire app twice, and it's not letting me log back into the casino. There's no option to press "X" to enter button. Not sure if any other's are having this issue. My friend had a disconnecting issue but she was able to get back in.

Pretty much same issue, got on to do dailys, got 2 done, went to war, pressed x to sit, my guy just stood there, i couldnt move, back out of game, anything. Closed the app and first time it let me press x to start, but the loading chip was so slow and very little progress. Closed app and rebooted PS4, this time title screen had no "press x to start". And it's not the PSN this time, other online games are working.

OH wow, good at least i'm not the only one! Nope it's not PSN nor my net out. lol First thing I checked was to see if my net was out. But it wasn't and psn wasn't either. So I don't know if anyone was able to get back on or not.

O_O For real?! LOL I know normally when there's going to be a major update the Casino lags and freezes, a LOT. But it's quite worse this time.

Having the same experiences as you guys.  I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to get the bowling alley launched since its about that time.

To provide an update, at approximately 22:00 hours EDT one of our upstream service providers starting experiencing network related issues which caused your connection to our servers to experience some trouble. The issues were resolved by 00:15 hours EDT.  We will continue to monitor the situation with our provider and provide further updates if needed. Should you be dropped by the system and lose chips, we will certainly credit back what is due based on our records.

Ok now it works, but i haven't received the token to play at daily slots and the money for logging, why?

Okay, thank you for explaining the situation! I hope it gets fixed soon! I will log in today to see if i'm missing any chips and report if so. I'm hoping it will be better when Bowling update comes around! smile

Got disconnected twice today, once while in VIP poker.  I know I haven't signed back in yet to report it and I will, just thought I'd let you know that even though you keep closing my threads, it is still happening.  If you are having server issues then hopefully you'll get it figured out.

There are no longer any issues with our network. All items of note were cleared at 10:00 AM EDT.

I'm having major issues with this app. The recent patch is even having issues downloading. Not sure what is going on, but it really sucks for this to be happening when I'm so close to achieving VIP 3...
