Watch the video.  https://youtu.be/tZiXVWqV3cM

The game crash.  Upon reload i went from 7000 chips to 1000 chips.  6000 disappear?

I submitted a refund ticket.  Here is the proof I said I would post.

Thank you for posting this.  I saw the post earlier, and I got kicked just now traveling to blackjack.  I took a video because of what happened to you, and sure enough, I lost 4,000 chips!  Absolutely ridiculous for something like this to be happening.  Really makes me wonder if I've lost chips like that before.  They could be robbing us blind like that and many wouldn't even know it.

Weird stuff for sure but I think I can explain why it was only 1003.  Your last hand before you got kicked, you had 5003 chips and you placed a 2000 bet.  That left you with 3003 chips.  Right before you got kicked you doubled down (or the computer did it for you).  That would take your holdings to 1003.  Then somehow you got kicked from the table and it shows 7003 above your name.  This was probably a effect of lag (since you stood up between betting).  The last "transaction" that the server remembered was the 4000 bet you placed right before you got kicked.  So, naturally when you came back, it looked at your last transaction and it said you only had 1003 chips since programmatically, when you abandon a bet, it's forfeited.

So, I'm not judging right or wrong but I think that's how the system saw it.  Of course, I'm usually wrong. haha!

I keep seeing myself stand up than sit down in blackjack, and I also can't switch views until the wager menu pops up on screen, and I can switch from there. Also, I'm seeing leftover cards on a players table, and they overlay them, which never happen before. tongue

Thanks for the report.  We've fixed the standing issue and we believe we've fixed the leftover cards issue, both of which will be in the next update.  You should be able to clear the standing up issue by changing rooms, although this suggestion apparently didn't work when we suggested it to another player (but always worked for us).  Alternately quitting and restarting Four Kings should solve it.

We'll take a look at the switching view issue.

Thanks! You may want to check that any one that has left the table before or after you at down, there's an indicator that shows the players hands at every turn either next to you or someplace else. In addition, I never did hear any "win" chimes after each win.

Could you clarify that issue for me?

There is only a win chime when you get a blackjack.  I believe this was the same in the old Blackjack game.

The issues are that there are cards left on the table from the players side before and after entering the table and not picked up until it resets (not the pile of cards near the dealing machine), and the other chime is missing whenever you beat the dealer, not just getting blackjack.

When is this next update coming out?  Because the standing issue and overlapping cards issue is still there.

With this latest update the issues described should now be corrected. If you're still finding issues, please create a fresh thread.
Thanks!
