Stuttering audio in casino after Switch update
Seconding this - the audio likes to skip while I'm playing table games.
I won the progressive slot, max bet, no wilds, all 5 cornucopias on one line but jackpot wasn't triggered. That was 2 days ago. I entered a ticket, but now can't log back in to check status...same issue i reported after update. I logged into PS4 version, no problem making internet issue unlikely. Point where load fails on Switch is consistent.
Thank for bringing it to our attention. Outside of the lobby, are there any specific games or rooms where you're noticing the stuttering audio consistently? Also, are you using a standard Switch or Switch Lite?
Horrible stuttering in every room, worse in lobby (gray carpet areas), loading screens. Must have sound off to play. New background chatter/slot sounds are a bad idea, can’t hear bingo calls or sounds from whichever game I’m playing in.
I have had all the same problems since the last update. The game randomly stutters and grinds to a halt. It also happens whenever I try to inspect another player and try to look at where an item comes from. It just returns "unable to retrieve item information" and then the game slows to a crawl until I restart.
We are planning another update in January to address the stuttering. For now playing in handheld mode may work better.

Hey DL... I'm not sure whether this fits here, but I've noticed that since my copy of 4 Kings updated, the sound within the casino lobby & in games stutters like crazy! I even deleted & redownloaded my copy of the game. I have mine on Nintendo Switch, which, I think was recently updated. Is it me or something with you guys? 4 Kings Casino is Awesome! Thanks.
