I’m reporting this stuff here, since there’s not been a response to any post in the “Bug Reports” forum in over a month.

War:

- Extremely slow play, 5-10 second pause between games.

This is supposedly one of the fastest games in any casino so it should respond much more quickly, similar to Blackjack. You can seriously grow gray hairs playing it for any significant amount of time, even if you’re the only player at the table.

Winds of Fortune (my favorite slot):

Here are some intermittent bugs, all of which I’ve reported multiple times from in-game and never received a reply...

1) Cumulative winnings window at upper right does not always open, during normal as well as bonus rounds.

2) Tiles which are still in play do not always highlight in yellow.

I’ve regularly encountered both these bugs playing every instance of the game, throughout the entire casino.

3) Locking up during auto-spins.

I’ve lost 16k in High Rollers during 10 auto-spins three separate times where the slot locked up and wouldn’t continue, nor would the single spin button respond. When this occurs, the only choice is to back out and lose the rest of the money you’ve bet on the remaining spins.

Also, a suggestion...

WoF bonus rounds are always 8 spins, no matter how many bonus tiles turn up. Seems only fair that this should be more along the lines of other slots:

5 bonus tiles: 9 free spins
6 bonus tiles (yes, I’ve hit this more than once): 10 free spins

When free games are announced, I’ve immediately fast traveled to the hall on several occasions. More times than not there’s no free game available (currently or immediately next up), no matter how many players are present.

I’m aware of more, but those are the main ones that come to mind at the moment. It surely would be nice if the developers actually addressed this stuff.

Many, many people have complained about the pause in War. It's never been fixed, so I guess we should just give up and endure it.

Some clarification about this bug in my OP:

It isn't a loss of 16k total, it's a loss of 16k per spin remaining. So, for example if that slot locks up after the first of 10 auto-spins, it's a loss of 144k chips (16k*9). Since it happened to me on three occasions, it works out to a grand total of 432k lost due to this bug. To add insult to injury, I never received a reply or refund even after immediately reporting it each time.

That's obviously a very significant amount of chips, with zero attention to my in-game requests for help. If anyone would decide to purchase enough chips to cover the loss, they would be out $21.99 of real money.

What a major rip-off.  Angry

That seems to be the case with every problem and/or bug I've run into, I report them and never hear a word back.

Come to think of it, I've been playing the Playstation version for nearly a year now and can't recall the game being updated even a single time. That said, it's obvious that the developers don't have any interest in correcting this stuff. Same for loss-of-chip refunds, no one seems to be at the wheel there either.

Theres a whole thread of suggestions that the developers will not implement elsewhere on this forum.

Unfortunately its a free to play game where we can choose to buy things, so voting with your wallet doesnt seem to be a threat and organising a general strike would be an impossible task given this place doesnt include each and every player. Some players may even be using the casino purely for social means and never play the games, so the issues wont affect them.

I do feel that the casino is dying very slowly, theres a decline in players compared to a couple years ago. I check in for a couple months to see if theres changes and then get bored of the grind, leave it for a while then start up again, rinse and repeat.

But good luck trying to get a resolution, i fear the casino is now what it is and will be until it shuts down

Thanks for the feedback. We do plan on releasing an update soon and we'll certainly look to address some of items noted. And yes....I agree War is way too slow.

Several days back, I ran into a problem with a new Lucky Fountain item that was announced. I got lucky, and happened to win it (Viking Hair). While it now shows up in my rewards list, there is no star next to it and it's not available in my wardrobe either. I've reported this in-game TWICE now, and not a peep in response.

Whoever is manning "Bug Reports" is obviously asleep at the wheel.

P. S. Sorry for the delay in replying, for some reason this forum fails to send out notification emails even though I'm subscribed to this thread (checked Junk folder, nothing there either). I would have never seen your post if I didn't happen to be routinely checking it.

The forums also uses http vs.https (insecure connection), not a good thing.
