lucky fountain

Not sure if this a bug but I tried writing about it and never got a response. I can't seem to get the lucky fountain series 7 reward 6 of 12. I have been trying for months and have done thousands of throws. A new item comes out and I get it. But once I have got the new item and it goes back to trying for the lucky fountain series 7 reward 6 of 12 nothing. It doesn't matter how much I throw . I spent hours and thousands of chips on thousands of throws. I know it is supposed to be random. But this is the only one I have had like this.

Might have to bite the bullet and buy a lucky fountain chip
